Get ready for Temazcal in Mexico City! A day of relaxation and rejuvenation in the heart of Xochimilco! We’ll begin with a pickup and transfer to Xochimilco, where ancient traditions meet modern wellness. This charming neighborhood is famous for its colorful canals, floating gardens, and unique cultural scene, making it the perfect backdrop for a day of relaxation and self-care.
Once we arrive, you’ll be introduced to the temazcal experience. A traditional steam bath used by ancient Mesoamerican cultures, the temazcal offers a deeply rejuvenating and cleansing experience for both the body and mind. Guided by a shaman, you’ll enter the small, dome-shaped structure, where the heat and steam will help you relax, detoxify, and unwind. The session is designed to release negative energy, promote healing, and cleanse your spirit.
Once your rejuvenating temazcal journey concludes, we’ll head to Mercado de Xochimilco, a lively market where you can savor delicious traditional Mexican food, including aguas frescas, refreshing, fruit-infused drinks.
