Each of us with a different social, educational, and professional background, we are strongly united by our common mission: to provide unique, authentic, and mind-broadening travel experiences to our customers while promoting socio-economic inclusiveness and development in local communities.

Meet the guides

Alex (Strategy & Development): Graduated in international tourism and business 🌎(Bs, Ms, and Ph.D.), Alex had been working in the travel industry for about 10 years before founding Vibe Adventures in 2018. With a combination of sales, marketing, and business development skills, he’s in charge of strategic planning, as well as implementation and coordination of teamwork among the departments. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he has participated in several projects such as Founder Institute 2017, Startup Journey 2022, and POSSIBLE 2022.

Salma team

Salma (Product & Quality): With a background in tourism management, Salma ensures our tours are high-quality and ever-evolving. Detail-oriented and passionate about customer satisfaction, she leads the diversification of our experiences to meet travelers’ changing needs. She’s also a true foodie 😋 and a go-to expert on Mexico City’s top culinary spots.

Gus (Head of Technology): A full-stack developer with over 10 years of experience, leads our tech team and drives product development. He also automates internal processes to optimize resources and boost operational efficiency. Since 2015 he has taken part in the final stages of multiple programming and entrepreneurship projects, such as the BBVA Bancomer hackathon and the POSSIBLE startup accelerator. Additionally, he is a passionate musician and plays drums 🥁 in a rock band.

Seb team

Seb (Community & PR): Sebastián is a PR & Community Manager with 4+ years in journalism and media. A cinephile and photography enthusiast, he blends his love for storytelling with skills in speech, video, and multilingual communication to craft compelling content.

Mariana (Copywriting & SEO): Certified translator and interpreter of English and French. Also, she is studying to become a specialist in English communication. Mariana found her real passion in creative writing and is in charge of generating valuable, fulfilling, and entertaining content for our audience. She is fond of reading, art, movies, music 🎸, and martial arts.

Ximena (Customer Success Manager): Except for supporting our customers and suppliers, Ximena is in charge of creating, managing, and marketing a category of virtual tours in the company. Graduated in tourism management, and she is an active basketball player, passionate traveler, karaoke champion of the team, and a music fan.

Aarón (Front-End & Web Designer): Aarón is a full-stack developer with 6+ years of experience. He transforms complex problems into elegant tech solutions, specializing in data automation, backend, and UX/UI to drive impactful, efficient digital products.

Misa (Full-Stack Developer): Misa is a full-stack developer with 9+ years in web, mobile, and API development. He builds scalable systems focused on seamless user experience. A fan of anime and Japanese culture, he brings creativity and curiosity to every project.

Hassam (Video Content Creator & Visual Storyteller): Hassam is a video content creator passionate about storytelling. He crafts engaging content through editing, motion graphics, and 3D design. A nature lover and dog owner, he brings warmth and authenticity to every visual narrative he creates.

Yara team

Yara (Front-End & Web Designer): A front-end developer with strong web design skills, Yara shapes our website’s style and UI. Outside of work, she’s a fan of robotics, Japanese culture, and languages—interests that fuel her creativity and attention to detail in every project.

Jack (Marketing & Operations Advisor): Jack, a seasoned marketing manager and former co-founder and COO of Keteka, a VC-backed marketplace for community-driven travel, brings strategic insight to Vibe Adventures. A passionate traveler and climber, he lives the spirit of exploration.

Amelia (Product Development & Go-to-Market Advisor): With expertise in product innovation and go-to-market strategy, Amelia leverages her experience across tech companies to help Vibe Adventures build a standout travel platform. She speaks fluent Chinese and is a fan of Chinese culture.
