Reviews
Incredible time with a great host. We were the only two on this trip due to cancellations. They still took us out on the adventure because they believed in treating everyone fairly and not canceling on us! Nuria was our guide and was so accommodating and informative on everything we were doing. Kept in contact from WhatsApp, picked us up and got us to our boat tour quickly. Manuel got us to our destination with great driving through the traffic here. Snacks and water was provided whenever needed. Snorkeling gear was clean and in good condition. We saw many turtles and many rays. Plentiful fish and coral reef. Very fun in the ocean and seeing the Tulum ruins. We then we’re taken to the cenotes where we were informed on flora and fauna. Saw more fish and turtles from fresh water. Nuria showed her diving skills and guided us to the amazing sites and how the Mayan worshipped the area. An amazing experience that we will cherish and tell others to see if they come to Quintana Roo!
The sea turtle snorkeling was amazing. We also saw a huge sting ray. I had more fun at the cenotes though since I got motion sickness in the ocean. When I started to get sick I let our guide Moises know and he accompanied me back to the boat. Even with me getting motion sickness it was still very fun and I would recommend anyone to try it out.
Great experience seeing the cenotes and turtles. With our group of 7, we were able to spot a sea turtle as well as a rare spotted eagle ray up close. The cenotes were beautiful as well and definitely worth the trip, Our guide was great and tied together the whole experience.
Moy was able to pick us up straight from our hotel and then when we got to the events he was able to tell us information about it and you need the information! in order to make the best out of the trip. Recommend!!! 10/10
Excellent tour, our tour guide Moy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful for our group of first time snorkelers.
My wife and I took this tour and it was amazing. We saw 5 turtles and about 5 stingrays and all kinds of fish. We went to the cenote and it was unbelievable, clearest water you'll ever see and incredible scenery. I liked this tour, because they didn't take you to some shop and try to get you to buy something or that sort of thing. They picked us up, we did what we were going to do and they dropped us off. Bit of a warning, we didn't stop for food, so you might want to pack a lunch and snacks.Gonzalo was an awesome guide, informative and patient.
My FRiends and I did this tour and it was an amazing experience. We had the chance to swim with 4 turtles and many stingrays. The cenote snorkeling was
My wife and I did this excursion along with a family of five, it was a small and friendly group. The snorkeling with turtles was a bit underwhelming (we saw 1 turtle and 1 manta ray that they lured in with food), though it was very refreshing. At the cenotes, I struggled a bit not being a swimmer, and our guide seemed to really be catering to the family because they had more experience snorkeling. It was very dark and scary, and I ended up sitting out, especially because my life jacket didn’t have all the clips. The next cenote was open and airy, but our guide initially brought us into the most dark, narrow and hard to access corner for a photo op, I had a bit of an anxiety attack and the guide continued asking me to smile for a picture. Felt like the experience was ruined for me, and my wife also opted out of the activity at some point for similar reasons, but the other family seemed like they had a lot of fun.The guys on the boat (including Wilson) were fantastic and super helpful. The driver was also really nice. Have done a similar excursion before and had a lot of fun, maybe just wasn’t in the cards this time!
