Day 1: Mexico City
Begin your Puebla TourĀ with a scenic drive from Mexico City, where the past and present blend seamlessly. Upon arrival at your hotel, youāll meet your group and Tour Leader in the lobby at 6 pm. After a brief informational meeting to get acquainted with the itinerary, weāll head out for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where youāll experience Pueblaās renowned culinary delights.
Following the dinner, weāll take an orientation walk through Pueblaās historic center, known for its charming colonial architecture, vibrant streets, and UNESCO-listed landmarks. During the walk, youāll have the opportunity to taste local food specialties, offering a delicious introduction to the cityās rich flavors.
To round off the evening, youāre invited to join an optional get-together at a cozy local bar, where you can mingle with fellow travelers and reflect on the first day of your adventure.

Day 2: Mexico City ā Teotihuacan ā Mexico City
Start the day with an early morning departure to Teotihuacan, one of the most iconic archaeological sites in Mexico. Walk through the ancient pyramids, including the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, as your guide brings to life the history of this once-great Mesoamerican city. Youāll uncover the fascinating mysteries behind its construction and cultural significance.
Next, weāll head to San MartĆn de las PirĆ”mides, a nearby āMagical Townā known for its compact colonial charm. Here, weāll take a leisurely stroll through the townās traditional market, where you can try regional food specialties like tacos, tamales, and more. Donāt forget to sample a refreshing pulque, a traditional Mexican drink with deep historical roots.
After our exploration of San MartĆn, weāll return to Mexico City to visit the renowned National Museum of Anthropology, home to one of the most extensive collections of Mesoamerican artifacts in the world, including the famous Aztec Sun Stone.
In the evening, youāll have free time to explore at your leisure, or you can join the group for an optional dinner and a get-together, reflecting on a day full of history, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

Day 3: Mexico City ā La Malinche National Park
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading to La Malinche National Park, a beautiful natural sanctuary. On the way, there will be an optional snack or lunch for you to enjoy as we travel through picturesque landscapes.
Upon arrival, youāll have the option to either relax at the basecamp, which offers a variety of outdoor activities, a restaurant, and several short trails for exploration, or embark on a challenging 14-km loop trail (~6-7 hours) with your guide. This trail will lead you towards the summit, offering stunning views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. Whether you choose to unwind or push yourself to the top, youāll be immersed in the incredible natural beauty of the park.
After your hike or day of relaxation, weāll transfer to your accommodation, where you can soothe your muscles in a traditional temazcalāa rejuvenating Mexican steam bath that cleanses both body and spirit.
In the evening, enjoy dinner with your fellow travelers, followed by an optional get-together around the fireplace. Reflect on the day’s adventures and share your experiences with the group, making this a day to remember.

Day 4: La Malinche National Park ā Tlaxcala ā Cholula ā Puebla
In the morning, after breakfast, go to Tlaxcala ā the capital of Mexicoās smallest state with imposing churches and a handsome central plaza. Upon an orientation walk of its compact colonial downtown, we will go to a āMagical Townā of Cholula. As a matter of fact, itās officially the oldest city in America inhabited without interruption since its origins. Furthermore, it boasts the worldās largest pyramid by volume topped by the Virgen de Los Remedios church.
Once there, we will have a walking tour of Cholulaās historic center and taste some of the most iconic local food specialties in its municipal market. Additionally, we will visit Cholula Archeological Zone and try several varies of cider in a local cider museum (the town hosts one of the oldest cider factories in Mexico). Later, we will go to Puebla ā a vibrant capital of the same-named state that retains a fantastically well-preserved historic center, a stunning cathedral, and a wealth of beautiful churches. Finally, after check-in and some rest at our accommodation, we will go out for an evening orientation walk of the historic center and an optional farewell dinner in one of the local restaurants.

2. Adjust the time you spend at each destination of the tour.
