Things to know before booking	Language: Our drivers speak Spanish and basic English, so please have with you the exact addresses of the places you want to visit. Otherwise, you can also book an English-speaking guide for an extra fee (upon prior reservation; other languages such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc. might be available but are based on availability and need prior reservation). Vehicle: The type of vehicle depends on the size of your group and may include a car, 7-seater, or minivan. Departure times are flexible and can be chosen by you. Your private driver will come to pick you up at the requested time/location and might need to contact you by phone, so please provide a valid phone number during the booking. Area: This service covers just the Mexico City area, transportation to other remote locations will involve an extra fee and needs to be communicated to the organizer at least 48 h before the service.

We can do the following customizations on your request (subject to availability and needs to be confirmed before the tour):
1. Adjust the starting time of the tour.
2. Adjust the time you spend at each destination of the tour.
3. Add extra places of your choice (e.g. attractions, restaurants, etc.) to the itinerary on a complimentary basis if those visits.
(1) fit the default duration of the tour, (2) don’t involve a significant change of the route and extra fees (e.g. entrance tickets, tolls, parking, etc.).
Changes other than those will involve an extra fee and must be communicated to the tour organizer at least 72h before the tour (e.g. in the “Special Requirements” field during the booking or via email).

Cancellations

This was the best way for us to see a lot of what Mexico City and surrounding areas have to offer in a short amount of time. We knew we wanted to see the pyramids and the Frida Kahlo Museum, and Xochimilco, but weren't sure how we could do it all. However, this tour offered just that with a private guide and driver. Jocelyn and Raul were right on time to pick us up where we were staying. Jocelyn walked us through the history of the Sun and Moon pyramids at Teotihuacan and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, the tickets at the Frida Kahlo Museum sold out, but Jocelyn suggested we go to Diego Rivera's house and Dolores Olmedo's house. Both of them were amazing and contained so much of Rivera and Kahlo's works. We then headed to Xochimilco and enjoyed a ride on the river. Raul got us through traffic with ease and was always a few steps away from our location when we were done exploring. We couldn't've have been happier with the tour. You won't regret it!

I had a positive experience dealing with Vibe Adventures, they very much care about customer satisfaction! Note that without enough notice, a COVID case is not enough to get a refund, only a voucher -- this is explicitly in their terms! When I was booking my trip, a promo code listed on the website wasn't working for me. When I DMed their instagram account about this, they provided a promo code that worked (and was an even greater discount than the initial one!) Unfortunately, I got a case of COVID just before the trip, and sent them an email with my initial symptoms and then a positive test alongside my ID. Initially, they provided me a voucher for a future trip. When I called and explained that I really needed a refund (because this excursion was a birthday present and I needed to redirect the funds to a makeup present), Alex said that customer satisfaction is their priority and he would make an exception, but that I should diligently read terms in the future to avoid any such miscommunications. I am sad that I missed the trip but given their great customer service, I am sure that their excursions are a wonderful experience.
