Itinerary
Your Nevado de Toluca tour starts in the early morning. You’ll meet your guide and together will head to the same-named National Park. On the way, admire the amazing landscape and feel the magic of nature’s beauty.
Once you arrive, prepare to conquer the heights in an epic hike. We’ll trek the mighty crater of El Nevado while watching enormous mountains and a beautiful, peaceful lagoon.
At the top, take some pictures to be proud of your efforts, then get ready to visit Toluca, the charming capital city of the State of Mexico. Wander through its picturesque downtown, admire beautiful churches, and discover the rich history that makes this small city so adorable.
While here, you’ll savor the most irresistible flavors of the region, like chorizo, quesadillas, mixiote, and much more! You’ll have the opportunity to taste these delicious treats in a local market for a total cultural experience.
Before finishing, we’ll visit together the world’s biggest stained-glass structure, or as the locals call it, the Cosmovitral. It’s inside a huge botanical garden full of colorful, unique, and fascinating flora.
Once the journey has ended, relax in the vehicle while we take you back to your accommodation.

We can do the following customizations on your request (subject to availability and needs to be confirmed before the tour):
1. Adjust the starting time of the tour.
2. Adjust the time you spend at each destination of the tour.
3. Add extra places of your choice (e.g. attractions, restaurants, etc.) to the itinerary on a complimentary basis if those visits.
(1) fit the default duration of the tour, (2) don’t involve a significant change of the route and extra fees (e.g. entrance tickets, tolls, parking, etc.).
