Itinerary
Your Nevado de Toluca tour starts in the early morning. Meet your guide and set off on a drive toward this natural wonder, leaving behind the city’s hustle for tranquil mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival, prepare for an epic high-altitude Nevado de Toluca hike through the volcanic terrain of this 4,680-meter (15,354 ft) giant. Feel the thrill of trekking along its mighty crater, where rugged cliffs and breathtaking panoramas unfold. As you ascend, admire the stunning twin lagoons, Laguna del Sol and Laguna de la Luna, nestled within the crater. Their deep blue waters contrast beautifully against the volcanic rock, creating an otherworldly sight.
After conquering the heights, we descend to Toluca, the charming capital of the State of Mexico. Stroll through its historic center, lined with elegant colonial buildings and vibrant plazas.
