Day 3: Mexico City – Tula – Grutas de Tolantongo
In the morning, go to visit the archaeological zone of Tula – a major city of the ancient Toltec culture widely known for its fearsome 4.5m-high stone warrior figures. Afterward, go to enjoy thermal waters and admire the picturesque mountainous landscapes of Grutas de Tolantongo. After breakfast, we’ll head to Los Mármoles National Park, a stunning natural wonder nestled in the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. Here, we’ll visit a local apple wine producer and sample their traditional wine, crafted by descendants of English settlers.
Next, we’ll explore the ruins of the foundry where parts of the Eiffel Tower were forged, before hiking to the “Magnet Stone”, a unique Lodestone boulder with magnetic properties, offering beautiful views of the surrounding valley.
Later, we’ll head to the “Magic Town” of Xilitla. After checking in, enjoy an orientation walk through the charming town. The evening will conclude with an optional dinner and a get-together with the group.

Next, we’ll continue our journey to Pahuatlán, nestled in the mountains of Puebla, surrounded by lush coffee and pahua (a local variety of avocado) plantations. This serene town, home to a large indigenous population, offers a peaceful atmosphere enriched by Nahuatl and Otomi cultures. The people of Pahuatlán maintain their traditions, making it a place where time seems to slow down.

Finally, we’ll finish the day in Huasca de Ocampo – a charming “Magic Town” at the edge of the mountains where the bonanza of old times still reverberates, times when several ranches were built to make the Count of Regla the richest man of his time. Que tipos de quartos estão disponíveis?
- Quarto individual: 1 pessoa, 1 cama

- Quarto Triplo: 3 pessoas, 1 cama de casal + 1 cama de solteiro
- Quarto quádruplo: 4 pessoas, 2 camas de casal
Há uma taxa de suplemento individual?
Sim. Os viajantes individuais devem reservar um quarto individual, que terá um preço um pouco mais alto em comparação com o compartilhamento com outro viajante. Se preferir, também podemos colocá-lo em par com outro viajante do mesmo sexo (sujeito à disponibilidade) para evitar o suplemento. Se estiver interessado, reserve um quarto individual e mencione isso na seção "Requisitos especiais". Se encontrarmos outra pessoa na mesma partida que queira compartilhar um quarto duplo, reembolsaremos a diferença proporcional. Caso contrário, sua reserva como quarto individual permanecerá.
Há algum limite de idade para os participantes?
Nossos passeios de vários dias com saídas em grupo são projetados para viajantes de 12 a 69 anos com condicionamento físico moderado. Os participantes fora dessa faixa ainda podem participar se estiverem em boas condições e puderem acompanhar o ritmo do grupo. Se estiver confiante de que pode manter o ritmo das atividades da excursão ou de uma saída em grupo, sinta-se à vontade para reservar a excursão ou entre em contato conosco com antecedência se tiver alguma dúvida. As saídas particulares geralmente não têm limitações de idade devido à personalização do ritmo e do itinerário.
O passeio é acessível para viajantes com mobilidade reduzida?
A menos que você tenha um acompanhante que possa ajudá-lo com uma cadeira de rodas, as saídas de excursões em grupos pequenos geralmente não são acessíveis para cadeiras de rodas, e animais de estimação não são permitidos. Dada a possibilidade de personalização do ritmo e do itinerário, os passeios particulares geralmente têm maior probabilidade de acomodar viajantes com mobilidade reduzida (sujeito a confirmação; entre em contato conosco para obter mais informações).

A maioria dos nossos passeios de vários dias inclui café da manhã diário. Os almoços e jantares geralmente não estão incluídos, para que você possa explorar a culinária local. As experiências gastronômicas incluídas geralmente podem acomodar restrições alimentares comuns, mas as dietas especiais nem sempre podem ser totalmente garantidas.

Depende da excursão e do dia da excursão - alguns dias ficamos em um local, enquanto outros envolvem o deslocamento entre locais. Em média, você pode esperar cerca de 200 km por dia (1,5 a 3 horas de viagem), com paradas regulares para passeios, refeições e descanso.
Preciso de seguro de viagem?
