Day 3: Mexico City – Tula – Grutas de Tolantongo

In the morning, go to visit the archaeological zone of Tula – a major city of the ancient Toltec culture widely known for its fearsome 4.5m-high stone warrior figures. Afterward, go to enjoy thermal waters and admire the picturesque mountainous landscapes of Grutas de Tolantongo. Day 4: Grutas de Tolantongo – Zimapán Dam – Zimapán

Day 5: Zimapán – Los Mármoles National Park – Xilitla

Next, we’ll explore the ruins of the foundry where parts of the Eiffel Tower were forged, before hiking to the “Magnet Stone”, a unique Lodestone boulder with magnetic properties, offering beautiful views of the surrounding valley.

Later, we’ll head to the “Magic Town” of Xilitla. After checking in, enjoy an orientation walk through the charming town. The evening will conclude with an optional dinner and a get-together with the group.

Next, we’ll continue our journey to Pahuatlán, nestled in the mountains of Puebla, surrounded by lush coffee and pahua (a local variety of avocado) plantations. This serene town, home to a large indigenous population, offers a peaceful atmosphere enriched by Nahuatl and Otomi cultures. The people of Pahuatlán maintain their traditions, making it a place where time seems to slow down.

Quanti partecipanti sono necessari per confermare un tour di gruppo?
Cosa succede se non ci sono abbastanza partecipanti?

Per mantenere un alto livello di servizio e garantire il buon funzionamento delle operazioni, confermiamo le partenze di gruppo con più di 3 partecipanti. Poiché non possiamo sempre garantire le partenze di gruppo, abbiamo introdotto delle opzioni di partenza private. Il prezzo di queste ultime è in grado di garantire il pareggio, pur offrendo tariffe competitive.
Se, al momento della prenotazione, il tour selezionato e la data di partenza non hanno un numero sufficiente di partecipanti per essere confermati, di solito offriamo le seguenti opzioni:

Attendere altre prenotazioni: Possiamo confermare temporaneamente il vostro posto, ma vi ricordiamo che ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellare la prenotazione e di emettere un rimborso completo se il gruppo non raggiunge il numero minimo di partecipanti almeno 1 mese prima della partenza.
Prenotate una partenza privata: Fare clic su "Verifica disponibilità" per vedere le opzioni di prezzo. Con una partenza privata, il tour è riservato esclusivamente al vostro gruppo e potete modificare l'itinerario (soggetto a conferma) e scegliere qualsiasi data di partenza per una maggiore flessibilità con i voli.
Invitate altri accompagnatori a unirsi al vostro tour di gruppo: Se il numero minimo di partecipanti viene raggiunto da un numero maggiore di persone, possiamo confermare immediatamente la partenza.
Unitevi a una partenza di gruppo confermata: Se il vostro programma è flessibile, potete unirvi a una delle altre partenze di gruppo confermate a una tariffa scontata.

Posso prenotare un tour privato invece di uno di gruppo?

Sì. I tour privati sono personalizzabili e possono partire in qualsiasi giorno. Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere attività o soste supplementari (soggette a modifiche del prezzo).

Perché il prezzo per persona cambia quando si prenota un tour privato?

Poiché una parte significativa dei costi del tour è fissa, il prezzo per persona è variabile e dipende dalle dimensioni del gruppo. Più persone si prenotano, più il prezzo a persona si riduce. Scegliete il numero di partecipanti nel calendario delle prenotazioni per vedere il prezzo finale.

I voli sono inclusi?

No, i voli dal vostro luogo di residenza e dalla località di partenza del tour non sono inclusi. Tuttavia, siamo sempre felici di aiutarvi a trovare le migliori offerte (contattateci se avete bisogno di assistenza). Potete anche controllare le opzioni di volo sul sito web che usiamo personalmente e che raccomandiamo ai nostri clienti.

In quali hotel soggiornerò?

L'elenco esatto degli alloggi sarà inviato insieme alle note di viaggio 2 settimane prima della data di partenza. Tutte le sistemazioni sono centrali, di classe turistica (3* o simili), di proprietà locale con servizi privati in ogni camera. Possiamo organizzare le sistemazioni prima e dopo il tour, ma non prima di 1 mese prima della partenza, quando le vendite per il tour sono chiuse e si conosce il numero finale di partecipanti. Se siete interessati alle località esatte, contattateci e vi invieremo un elenco di alloggi che abbiamo utilizzato per le partenze precedenti (soggetti a modifiche in base alla disponibilità).

Che tipo di camere sono disponibili?

Le tipiche opzioni di camera disponibili nei nostri tour di più giorni includono:

Camera singola: 1 persona, 1 letto
Camera doppia: 2 persone, 1 letto matrimoniale
Camera doppia: 2 persone, 2 letti singoli
Camera tripla: 3 persone, 1 letto matrimoniale + 1 letto singolo

C'è un supplemento singolo?

Sì. Chi viaggia da solo dovrebbe prenotare una camera singola, che avrà un prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto alla condivisione con un altro viaggiatore. Se preferite, possiamo anche accoppiarvi con un altro viaggiatore dello stesso sesso (in base alla disponibilità) per evitare il supplemento. Se siete interessati, vi preghiamo di prenotare una camera singola e di indicarlo nella sezione "Requisiti speciali". Se troveremo un'altra persona alla stessa partenza che desidera condividere una camera doppia, vi rimborseremo la differenza proporzionale. In caso contrario, la vostra prenotazione in camera singola rimarrà valida.

C'è un limite di età per i partecipanti?

I nostri tour di più giorni con partenze di gruppo sono pensati per viaggiatori di età compresa tra i 12 e i 69 anni con una discreta forma fisica. I partecipanti che non rientrano in questa fascia possono comunque partecipare se sono in buone condizioni e se riescono a tenere il ritmo del gruppo. Se siete sicuri di poter mantenere il ritmo delle attività del tour o di una partenza di gruppo, non esitate a prenotare il tour o a contattarci in anticipo se avete dei dubbi. Le partenze private in genere non hanno limiti di età a causa della personalizzazione del ritmo e dell'itinerario.

Il tour è accessibile ai viaggiatori con mobilità ridotta?

A meno che non abbiate un accompagnatore in grado di assistervi con una sedia a rotelle, le partenze dei tour per piccoli gruppi non sono generalmente accessibili alle sedie a rotelle e gli animali domestici non sono ammessi. Data la possibilità di personalizzare il ritmo e l'itinerario, i tour privati sono generalmente più adatti ai viaggiatori con mobilità ridotta (previa conferma; contattateci per maggiori informazioni).

I pasti sono inclusi?

La maggior parte dei nostri tour di più giorni include le colazioni giornaliere. I pranzi e le cene di solito non sono inclusi, in modo da poter esplorare la cucina locale. La guida vi consiglierà e vi porterà in ristoranti locali di buon livello. Le esperienze gastronomiche incluse possono di solito adattarsi alle più comuni restrizioni dietetiche, ma non sempre le diete speciali possono essere pienamente garantite.

Possono partecipare bambini, anziani o viaggiatori solitari?

Sì. Il tour è adatto a coppie, famiglie, anziani, viaggiatori solitari, giovani, gruppi di sole donne e viaggiatori LGBT+. Si prega di considerare il livello di attività fisica prima di prenotare.

Quante persone ci sono di solito in un gruppo?

I nostri tour in piccoli gruppi sono solitamente composti da 6-12 partecipanti, per creare un'esperienza amichevole e personalizzata.

Qual è la distanza media giornaliera percorsa?

Dipende dal tour e dal giorno del tour: alcuni giorni rimaniamo in una sola località, mentre altri ci spostiamo da una località all'altra. In media, ci si può aspettare circa 200 km al giorno (1,5-3 ore di guida) con regolari visite turistiche, pasti e soste di riposo.

Ho bisogno di un'assicurazione di viaggio?

Sì, consigliamo vivamente di stipulare un'assicurazione di viaggio che copra le emergenze mediche, le cancellazioni e lo smarrimento degli effetti personali.

Posso prolungare il mio soggiorno o aggiungere altre attività?

Sì. Possiamo organizzare sistemazioni prima o dopo il tour e aggiungere attività extra su richiesta.

Cosa succede se devo cancellare o modificare la mia prenotazione?

Le mance sono incluse?

Le mance per le guide, gli autisti e il personale degli hotel/ristoranti non sono incluse. Pur essendo assolutamente facoltative, le mance sono una parte importante della cultura locale e una significativa fonte di reddito per le persone coinvolte e le loro famiglie.

Come posso rimanere in contatto durante il tour?

La connessione Wi-Fi è disponibile nella maggior parte delle strutture ricettive, ma la copertura dati può essere limitata nelle aree remote. Si consiglia di informare amici o familiari del proprio itinerario prima della partenza. Tutti gli alloggi di questo tour, così come molti ristoranti/caffè in Messico, dispongono di Wi-Fi.
