Cancellation factors: As we know, the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day. Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish.
Take notes about: You will not need a printed voucher, the guide will ask for your name. We will give you a pickup time according to your hotel, is your responsibility to be on time; in order to respect other customers, we will not wait more than 5 min (A no-show will apply). |
Annulations
This and most of our 1-day tours can be canceled up to 48 heures before the departure (see cancellation policy for more info).
