Itinerario
Join our Nevado de Toluca Hike! A full-day journey into the heart of one of Mexico’s most stunning national parks. Your adventure begins early in the morning with a comfortable pick-up from your accommodation in Mexico City. As we drive westward, watch the landscape change from bustling city streets to rolling valleys and pine-covered mountains, setting the perfect tone for a day of nature, reflection, and awe-inspiring beauty.
At the summit, get ready for one of the most rewarding sights in Mexico Laguna del Sol and Laguna de la Luna, two emerald-colored crater lakes nestled within the volcano’s basin. We’ll hike around the rim, take plenty of photos, and enjoy a well-deserved break at the summit. The tranquility of these high-altitude lakes offers a moment to connect deeply with nature and appreciate the stillness above the clouds.
After the descent, our day of adventure shifts into one of relaxation and renewal. We’ll head to a charming local hotel or mountain lodge, where you’ll be welcomed into a temazcal, a traditional Mesoamerican steam bath. This ancient purification ritual uses volcanic stones, aromatic herbs, and chanting to cleanse the body and spirit, leaving you refreshed and grounded after the hike.
