Admire giant pyramids, squares, palaces, and monuments buried in the jungle for over 1000 years, only recently discovered by archaeologists!

Itinerario
Inicie el Mayan Tour by meeting the team at our office and then head to Coba. Once there, explore this ancient city that was built around a series of small lakes. There are five main architectural groups distributed around the lakes connected by an impressive network of ancient white roads.
Moreover, ride a bike in Coba and learn about the Maya culture as well as the local fauna, where the lush vegetation is pre-eminent, with half-excavated buildings emerging from the vines and tree roots, lots of tropical birdlife, and an extensive central area.
Then, make a stop at Punta Laguna, where its community provides eco-tourism activities aimed towards the preservation of its culture and the forest. Visit the marvelous natural environment of this area which is characterized by impressive lakes, deep well cenotes with crystal-clear water, and a semi-deciduous jungle with trees of up to 100 ft. Get guided by the local community through jungle trails on the lookout for some of the many species of birds, mammals orchids, insects, and bromeliads. The standout resident is the spider monkey, with who the community has built a very special relationship over the last 20 years. Also, paddle a canoe on the calm waters of the lake and enjoy a thrilling zipline over the water.
Finish the Mayan Tour visiting a family-owned and run cenote, great for swimming and cooling down; and jumping or diving for the brave. In the nearby village of Nuevo Durango, stop for lunch at the house of a local family who shows you their gardens, and of course, a delicious home-cooked meal all made from local ingredients.

- Visit the ruins of Coba (history and bike ride).
- Delicious meal in the house of a Mayan family.
- Visit the Punta Laguna nature reserve (hike the jungle in search of monkeys and other wildlife; canoe on the turquoise-colored lake, zip line, participate in a Mayan ceremony).
- Swim in an immaculately kept cenote.
- 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Drop-off. Finish of the Mayan Tour.
