Our journey begins with a leisurely walking tour through the city’s iconic Centro histórico. As we stroll its lively streets, we’ll make our first cultural stop at the House of Tiles (Casa de los Azulejos). This 18th-century mansion is famous for its façade covered in blue and white Talavera tiles and houses a stunning mural by José Clemente Orozco. Your guide will unveil the history and symbolism behind this artistic gem, setting the tone for a day steeped in creativity.
As the sun begins to dip, we make our way to the grand finale: the Palacio de Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts). This architectural masterpiece is not only breathtaking on the outside but also houses one of Mexico’s most prestigious cultural experiences, the Ballet Folklórico de México.
